Celebrating the Art Resource Association’s 49th Year!
Delivery of artworks will be on Monday from 8AM-2PM
David said that parking can be tricky but folks can to try to drop off at the top of Governor Aiken Avenue on the West side.
The hanging will be on Monday afternoon April 29th at 2PM until 4PM and David would like to have two A.R.A. people to help hang and curate. Let me know if you are willing to assist him.
Take down May 31st 8AM-4PM
David would like some JPEG images with the artist name and title of work a week before (at the latest) for signage. I will collect and forward to Jack.
All art must be framed and hangable from the rods and hooks in the cafeteria.
All art being submitted must have labels including the artists name, title of work medium and price.
Questionable work: David can reject what he feels is inappropriate and asks that the artist keep the cafeteria space in mind as people are eating and meeting. He is very open minded and said he has never had it be an issue.
We need to get the A.R.A. history and a brief description to him for signage.
Reception arrangements could happen. We will need to give David the date we would have to pay if we need food and beverages.
