July Update from Missy

Hi again, so a couple new things…

TW Wood pick up for their members show is this Friday afternoon the 28th, so why not pick up yours from our ARA show then too!  If you want to bring a new one for ARA’s next show, just leave it on the pink couch and I will be by to start hanging the new show for us or at least put them away till I do.  You may see me. Please also send me a good photo of it too. It’s fine if you don’t have new work, but pick up your art anyway. Thanks! Oh and sign it out, a couple of you have all ready so thank you!

While there , above the pink couch in the middle room there is a book case.  Maggie and I have started bringing our art books we no longer need. You’re welcome to also bring some and add to it!  You will see our Fundraiser note for art books taken if folks want.  A Take and Give sort of idea! I will have another bookcase soon for that room.  Please take one or some, and make a donation of your choice. 📚 🖼

We’d like to talk about having a room of art in which all proceeds will go to the flood relief funds.  CAL will need to approve.  Maggie and I presently have our art in City Center as a fundraiser.  Not sure if any will sell, but it’s worth a try.

Thanks everyone and please pass this onto all your friends and family about the comfy art space we have created!  We want to have a small gathering of our group visit soon, or please feel free to bring your friends and use the space for that!  Especially now when some don’t have a nice place to just spend some down time.
