On the evening of Friday, June 6th, VNRC will be hosting a reception for “The Art of Water”, a juried show organized by the Art Resource Association (ARA), in conjunction with Montpelier Art Walk. This represents the first ever group exhibit at VNRC. We hope you will come out and show your support for these local artists!
A new show opens at the ARA Gallery at the Center for Arts and Learning: Nature—plants, animals, landscapes. ARA member artists Beth Campo and Lynn Newcomb display their prints, using a variety of techniques—linoleum, woodcut, collagraph, among others. The reception for the show is Saturday, May 3, 3 to 5 p.m. Come by and see their beautiful work. On display until June 4. Gallery hours: Mon–Thurs., 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Fri., 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Sat., 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Longtime friends and fellow photographers Linda Hogan and John Fairbanks will display their work at the CAL gallery (46 Barre St., Montpelier). Opening reception for the show is during Art Walk on February 7, 4 to 8 p.m. The exhibit of 24 photographs will be on display until March 3.
